Thorough eye test plus back up by sophisticated "toys", new technology and equipment.

Most comprehensive standard eye examination I’ve ever had. Warm and welcoming experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. Friendly smiles. Would highly recommend.

I am so grateful that my vision concerns were addressed so promptly and professionally. Megan, the optometrist was so thorough and determined to find the solution to my vision problem, in which she succeeded, ruling out potentially more serious causes. All staff were very caring and reassuring throughout the afternoon. A great team effort with a great outcome. Thank you all.

Went in store to ask about fixing my Maui Jim sunglasses. The lady I spoke with was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The sunglasses needed a minor adjustment which she organised in store while I waited. Highly recommended.

The team at Visual Eyes Optometry were sensational, state of the art equipment, thorough eye examination (explaining every aspect of why I was being assessed), confident professional service well beyond what I have experienced at other "Big Name" firms.

When relocating to a new place you miss the comforts of your own specialists that know your history. So when relocating from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast, discovering Bronte and Visual Eyes Optometry was a real stroke of good fortune. Bronte has been wonderful and attentive to my needs and working with me to find solutions to my unique requirements. Happy to recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were really impressed with latest equipement used to test our eyes. Thankfully a serious issued was picked up in my eye which needed urgent attention. Not your average optometrist store. If your looking for frames with a difference you’ll find them here. Beautiful cats eye frames and some very eclectic choices, as well as something for the more conservative customers. Cutting edge technology used in eye testing again not found in most optometrist. Some of the testing I’ve had at Visual Eyes I’ve never had anywhere else before. The whole shop has a positive feel about it. From Your eye test to your frames, the expertise makes the visit a very positive experience.

Troy is thorough, efficient, informative and a top bloke. The service from the ladies out the front is second to none. They make the whole process from getting a new prescription and walking out with a great new pair of glasses seamless and an absolute pleasure. I have done, and will continue to refer people to Visual Eyes.

Matt the optometrist, was very friendly and helpful as we were tested on a variety of different up to date machines. He answered all the questions we put to him in a positive and friendly manner.
