Matt the optometrist, was very friendly and helpful as we were tested on a variety of different up to date machines. He answered all the questions we put to him in a positive and friendly manner. We left knowing we will definitely be returning to Matt at Visual Eye Optometry next year for our annual check up. Thank You Matt.

Have been going to visual eyes for over 10 years. Initially when Troy (who I had previously seen) left the practice, I as concerned, but have since seen Bronte and Matt who were great.

Very impressed with the professionalism and care of the optometrist. He did a thorough investigation of my case history and eyes (with top quality equipment), explained everything he did and answered all my questions in an informative and considered manner.

Very friendly staff. I came here since it's closer for me, after my previous optometrist retired. As well as the usual check of my glasses prescription, early stages of macular degeneration were also discovered. Not happy about that, but very happy with everyone at Visual Eyes Optometry

Highly recommend! The Optometrist, Troy was recommended by my GP as I was suffering with headaches. Made the trip from Gympie and was not disappointed. My script was too strong so Troy fixed it all up and no more headaches. Troy is professional and has a great sense of humour. He makes the whole experience fun. He doesn't change things just to make money on frames like some other places do and will work with you for the best outcome. The shop is amazing and the frames are just spectacular! The ladies in the shop are really lovely. The whole experience is awesome!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were really impressed with latest equipement used to test our eyes. Thankfully a serious issued was picked up in my eye which needed urgent attention. Would certainly recommend this practise to all. Big thankyou to Troy who tested our eyes and the lovely ladies for their help and advise in selecting from their great range of modern frames.

Staff went beyond the usual service to make sure I loved my new frames and that my lenses were of optimum benefit. Excellent!
