Very friendly and helpful staff. We were really impressed with latest equipement used to test our eyes. Thankfully a serious issued was picked up in my eye which needed urgent attention. Would certainly recommend this practise to all. Big thankyou to Troy who tested our eyes and the lovely ladies for their help and advise in selecting from their great range of modern frames.

Matt the optometrist, was very friendly and helpful as we were tested on a variety of different up to date machines. He answered all the questions we put to him in a positive and friendly manner. We left knowing we will definitely be returning to Matt at Visual Eye Optometry next year for our annual check up. Thank You Matt.

Very friendly staff. I came here since it's closer for me, after my previous optometrist retired. As well as the usual check of my glasses prescription, early stages of macular degeneration were also discovered. Not happy about that, but very happy with everyone at Visual Eyes Optometry

Went in store to ask about fixing my Maui Jim sunglasses. The lady I spoke with was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The sunglasses needed a minor adjustment which she organised in store while I waited. Highly recommended.
