The team at Visual Eyes Optometry were sensational, state of the art equipment, thorough eye examination (explaining every aspect of why I was being assessed), confident professional service well beyond what I have experienced at other "Big Name" firms.

This was my first time consulting Matt although I have been a client of Visual Eyes Optometry for many years. Matt was professional, up to date with all the latest equipment and technology and very easy to communicate with. I felt confident entrusting my eyesight to Matt.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were really impressed with latest equipement used to test our eyes. Thankfully a serious issued was picked up in my eye which needed urgent attention. Very friendly staff. I came here since it's closer for me, after my previous optometrist retired. As well as the usual check of my glasses prescription, early stages of macular degeneration were also discovered. Not happy about that, but very happy with everyone at Visual Eyes Optometry

Highly recommend! The Optometrist, Troy was recommended by my GP as I was suffering with headaches. Made the trip from Gympie and was not disappointed. My script was too strong so Troy fixed it all up and no more headaches. Troy is professional and has a great sense of humour. He makes the whole experience fun. He doesn't change things just to make money on frames like some other places do and will work with you for the best outcome. The shop is amazing and the frames are just spectacular! The ladies in the shop are really lovely. The whole experience is awesome!

Sorry my review was a month late but I still want to share it! I had an eye exam with Dr Connoley and she was really helpful. Very professional and helped with my concerns. It was an enjoyable experience and she was really lovely. Highly recommend! ☺️

Troy is an excellent optometrist, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful selection of frames. It’s always a pleasure to visit the practice.

Troy is thorough, efficient, informative and a top bloke. The service from the ladies out the front is second to none. They make the whole process from getting a new prescription and walking out with a great new pair of glasses seamless and an absolute pleasure.
